Build Credibility: The beginning of this
course discusses how to establish yourself as an expert and a professional
through proper business etiquette and protocol. How you conduct yourself with
clients speaks volumes about your credibility and professionalism. Learn how to
outclass your competition.
Communication
Builds Credibility: The remainder of
this course is dedicated to the vocal, verbal and non-verbal communication cues
that speak volumes about credibility, presence and style. The goal of this
course is two-fold: 1) to help you identify and develop a mastery of the
essential components of compelling communication so you can present yourself
with poise and assurance and 2) to impart a solid understanding of these
elements so you can utilize these skills with your clients as part of your
program.
The Process and
Final Presentation: This course is
comprised of lecturettes, group exercises and extensive videotaping. At the end
of the week, each student will be required to create and deliver a compelling
sales presentation that exhibits mastery of the protocol and communication
concepts and showcases their unique communication style and expertise.
